Registration Fees

The Registration Fee includes:

admission to all sessions,
conference proceedings (electronic form only),
conference guide and registration material,
welcome reception on September 5,
coffee breaks,
conference banquet on Wednesday September 8,
bus excursion to the Ostia Antica archeological site in the afternoon of Thursday, September 9
association to the International Society for Infrared Millimeter and Terahertz Waves for the year 2010.

Registration (March 1 to June 11, 2010) € 500

Late Registration (June 12 to September 4, 2010) € 580

On-site Registration (September 5 to 10, 2010) € 600

Student (by June 11, 2010) € 300*

Student (after June 11, 2010) € 350*

*In order to apply for the reduced fee, students should be co-author of a submitted paper. Before registering they should send a letter from their University or Tutor, stating the student status, to the conference Secretariat. A confirmation will be sent.
Please apply as soon as possible, since the number of available reduced fees is limited.

All fees include VAT.

Credit card payment is allowed up to Sept. 10. PC will made available at the conference site for participant who wants to register

Payments will be collected through Symposia.
All collected data will be exclusively used for conference related purposes and will not be transfered to other parties

Cancellation of Registration

Cancellation must be submitted in writing to the IRMMW-THz 2010 Conference Secretariat.
Until June 12, 2010, the registration fee is refundable except 50 Euros cancellation fee. After June 12, 2010, no refund will be made.
